How to reserve?
After you have indicated that you want to make a reservation via email, telephone, contact form or online booking, we will send you an email with all information and payment instructions. We ask for a deposit of 40% to be paid. The reservation is only final after payment of the deposit.
Rental conditions

There will be a deposit of 400€ asked

This guarantee will refunded within one week after the stay, if no damage was found. The amount can be reduced based on the additional consumption costs of bags of wood and/or charging station.
Terms of payment
When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount to be paid within 5 days of the reservation. The reservation becomes final. If payment is not made, the reservation will be cancelled.
The balance plus the deposit must be paid 28 days before the start of the rental period.
If a reservation is made within 28 days before arrival, the full rental amount plus deposit must be paid immediately.
Cancellation policy
We will charge the tenant the following amounts, depending on the date of cancellation:

If cancellation is made more than 4 months before the start of the rental period, the tenant will lose 30% of his deposit

in case of cancellation between less than 4 months but more than 28Days before the start of the rental period, the tenant loses the entire deposit

If cancellation is made less than 28 days before the start of the rental, the tenant will lose the full amount paid
We therefore advise the tenant to take out appropriate cancellation insurance themselves.
