Additional costs

• Consumption and other costs (water, electricity, gas, WiFi, household waste, ...) :

  • €35/night from 1/5 to 30/9

  • €45/night from 1/10 to 30/4

• charging an electric car (only permitted via charging station and to be requested separately) 

• additional bags of firewood: €8 per bag​

• cleaning: €105 (the house must be left tidy)

• residence taxes: €5/night

Other conditions

• We do not accept groups of young people given the location in a quiet area

• Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties, etc. is prohibited

• We ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors from 10 p.m

• Dogs or other pets are not allowed

How to reserve?

After you have indicated that you want to make a reservation via email, telephone, contact form or online booking, we will send you an email with all information and payment instructions.  We ask for a deposit of 40% to be paid.  The reservation is only final after payment of the deposit.
